Late the previous trading day, the British pound bounced off from the upper trendline and is currently heading to the lowerside. As long as the price does not clearly break and close above the upper trendline, we expect this rebound to be an end to the impulsive wave (v), that the current bearish price rally is the continuation of a corrective wave count and could see price break below 1.40680 towards 1.39080. On the flipside, should the price break above the upper trendline, then this will be a sign that we are continuing to the upperside.

Look for sell positions towards the lower trendline.
